Pan Fried Salmon 

I’m going to keep it real short and simple today. I thought I’d have done this earlier, but travelling, kids, husband phew… I really hope you love trying this pan fried salmon out because it really is so simple and easy and mighty delicious. Like they say there’s many ways to skin a cat. With Salmon you can bake, fry, steam it really is diverse but tends to need a bit more flavour. Like most fish does.


Marinate the Salmon for thirty minutes to an hour and you can start on other things to pair the meal with. Honey, Garam Masala for that earthiness, fish seasoning, chilli flakes, dark soy sauce (my ultimate favourite). 

I love Salmon because of the rich taste it has you don’t need much oil in your pan because Salmon is pretty oily. Get your pan ready and heat it up but and once it’s hot make sure to put the Salmon skin side down. Until it’s browned and continue to turn it on every edge and pan fry on each side for two to three minutes. 

And voila it is done. You really can’t get this wrong quick and easy and tasty. All three things i like to hear.

  • Pepper
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Dark Soy Sauce
  • Fish Seasoning
